Hurley's partnership in the company of Estee Lauder, a cosmetics manufacturer, has been regarded as the pinnacle of her professional career. It offered Hurley her first modeling job when she was just 29 and has used Hurley as a model in their products, particularly perfumes such as Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures from 1995. In the movies that are a hit with fans, such as International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (1998), Hurley played Vanessa Kensington. Hurley has an eponymous swimwear brand and also models it. Katy Perry..........................Katy Perry original name Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, (born October 25 1984 Santa Barbara California U.S.) American pop singer who gained fame for a string of anthemic and often sexually suggestive hit songs as well as for a playfully cartoonish sense of style. Perry's first attempts at becoming popular were not successful. Two labels signed her and then removed her from the market before she'd recorded any songs. Capitol Records, however, released Perry's Ur So Gay album in 2007 and it was greeted with modest success for the album's title track. I Kissed a Girl, a confident song about her sexual inclinations with a hard-edged electronic pop beat, gained a greater sensation a couple of months later. It was not a popular song and critics were critical of the song for promoting relationships between gay men as well as others who claimed it depicted a sexually explicit scene that appealed to male desires for female sexuality. Nevertheless the combination of polished and titillating melody helped I Kissed a Girl become the number one song across multiple countries, generating the album sales of the Boys (2008). With its bouncy sharp-tongued song, the second Hot N Cold also proving well-loved, the album that Perry wrote herself eventually registered sales of more than three million copies in the United States.
